Yamaha RX100, an iconic name in the motorcycle segment, is poised to make a comeback.

It was discontinued in 1996.

The new iteration of the Yamaha RX100 is anticipated to be equipped with a powerful 225.9 cc engine.

This engine is capable of producing a power output of 20 bhp and 19.9 Nm of torque.

The Yamaha RX100 was renowned for its sleek and lightweight design and also its distinctive sound and power.

To replicate these features in a four-stroke model, the motorcycle has to be equipped with an engine of at least 200 cc.

The estimated prices range between Rs 1.25 lakh and 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom)

The launch timeline is expected around 2025.
