Does Your 'X' Feed Look Like This? Know Why!
Microblogging platform X, formerly known as Twitter, encountered a major technical glitch at around 11 AM on Thursday.
Both the website and the mobile application displayed an unusual message instead of the regular stream of tweets.
Downdetector stated that over 70,000 users reported being unable to access X during the outage.
As of now, there is no official information available on the cause of the issue.
As of now, users are in the dark about when normal service will be restored.
This incident marks the latest in a series of outages for X, the platform owned by tech mogul Elon Musk.
Earlier this year, in both March and July, users faced similar disruptions.
In July, Downdetector recorded over 13,000 instances of X being down in the United States and the United Kingdom.
During these outages, users encountered a message stating, "Sorry, you are rate limited. Please wait a few moments then try again."
